Information for Presenters

Oral presentations:

Please bring your presentation, in PowerPoint or PDF format on a CD or USB drive, to the presentation table (will be clearly labeled at the meeting) at least 15 minutes before your session starts. These files will be loaded onto a PC and prepared for your presentation. If you must use your own computer, please notify the registration desk when you arrive for the meeting. Since swapping out computers creates delays and the program is extremely full, please only request this option if you have special software needs for your presentation.

Poster presentations:

- Poster specifications: A0 Size ( 841mm W x 1189mm H ) Velcro will be provided.

- Set-up: Please set up your poster before 09:00 on Monday, 11 Feb.

- Take-down: You are encouraged to leave your poster up as long as you would like, as these will be available for viewing in a common area throughout the meeting. However, please take down your poster not later than 4pm. on Tuesday, 12 Feb.
